We want you to be satisfied with Policy Vault. This policy explains your refund rights.

1. Free Tier

The free tier is free forever. No payment method required. No refunds apply.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Monthly Plans

• Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No prorated refunds for partial months used.
• Refunds only for billing errors or unauthorized charges (request within 30 days).

Annual Plans

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase (or renewal) — no questions asked.
• After 14 days: pro-rata refund for unused full months, minus a 10% processing fee.
• Request via email to info@chiraggroup.com.

3. Refund Process

1. Email info@chiraggroup.com with your account email and reason.
2. We respond within 5 business days.
3. Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Refund timing depends on your bank/card issuer (typically 5–10 additional days).

4. Exceptions

No refunds for:

• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.
• Subscription fees after the refund window (unless required by law).
• Disputes raised with your bank/card issuer without contacting us first.

5. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019).
